Start date: June (for summer contract) / flexibility to start sooner for a long-term commitment
A family in Noe Valley is seeking a travel nanny/educator for their two young boys, ages 1 and 3 years old. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking for summer work who would enjoy spending time in Nantucket! The family would like this person to start in June for approximately two weeks in SF and then accompany them to Nantucket through early September at the grandparents’ home (they are flexible to adjust the length of the contract based on candidate’s availability). Responsibilities include all child-related care: planning activities and outings, laundry, light tidying, and preparing meals and snacks.
The family is prioritizing candidates with teaching experience and/or ECE Certification and fluency in English. Accommodations when traveling include a private bedroom.
The family would also consider a long-term commitment (at least a year) for the right person with flexibility to travel (summers in Nantucket, 2-3 months in Asia later in the year, and the rest of the time in San Francisco).
